Terms & Conditions
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ViaSort LLC ("ViaSort", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use our website and software, you agree to these terms. If you use ViaSort on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The service
ViaSort is subscription software that turns invoice orders into sorted stickers and shipping labels for manufacturers and distributors. Each workspace is configured for the client's invoices, products and label layouts. Plan limits are listed on our pricing page. ViaSort is software only; printers and label stock are not sold or supplied by ViaSort.
Your account
Keep your login details private and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
- No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
- No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to get around technical limits.
- No reselling or redistributing the service.
Ownership
ViaSort owns the service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. Your data remains yours; you let us process it only to provide the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew monthly; a one-time startup fee may apply at sign-up. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid month.
Service level
We work to keep ViaSort running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this limit (for example fraud, death or personal injury).
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where ViaSort LLC is registered. You may not assign them without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
